What to Expect

On your first appointment:

Throughout your treatment you will remain fully clothed except for your shoes, and be lying on a comfortable therapy couch. Please wear loose comfortable clothing (women are recommended to wear trousers rather than a skirt.)

You will be asked to remove all jewellery and/or metal (such as belt buckles etc.) before your treatment.

Please bring with you any/all medications you are taking at the time of your treatment. This is to ensure accuracy when taking your notes and also to test the substances on the body during treatment – this will enable us to check for toxicity and to investigate if there is any support that can be offered to buffer any side effects you may be experiencing from taking pharmaceutical drugs. This includes supplements (vitamins, minerals, protein/whey products and meal replacements) and/or natural remedies.

“I've spent a fortune in the past on various ailments and problems, without any result. These treatments provided fantastic results!” CJG Hemel Hempstead

Everyone has a different toxic threshold to toxic chemicals, and the build up in our system from regular use of chemicals in everyday items such as cosmetics and household products can be detrimental to health and cause imbalances within the whole person. If you would like to test the products you use to find out the effect (if any) they are having, please bring them all with you.

Food Sensitivities: There are a full range of test kits in clinic, but if you would like to be tested for food sensitivities (and/or suspect a particular item or ingredient) please feel free to bring samples from your shopping basket!

It is extremely rare for a client not to respond to muscle testing. If this happens it may be for one of the following reasons:

a) The person is not ‘ready’ or ‘willing’ on a conscious or subconscious level to reveal, address or deal with their health problems/issues or imbalances

b) There is a serious structural problem or injury on a cellular level to a particular muscle

c) The person has taken pain killers or anti-depressants on the day of their treatment as these effect (block) the nervous system
