Q. How long is a Kinesiology session?

The first session is about 90 minutes because we need to take a case history. Most follow up sessions are about an hour.

Q. How many Kinesiology sessions will I need?

This varies. Some people need only one; others need several sessions spread over a few months. Most people on maintenance programmes for long term conditions find a treatment every three months would be beneficial. Most people find that preventative measures create optimum health.

Q. How will this fit in with what the doctor gives me?

You should advise your doctor that you are considering complementary therapy. I am happy to liaise with your doctor or other healthcare professional. I will never recommend anything that would adversely affect your treatment.
As a Kinesiologist, I do not diagnose in the medical sense. I identify and help correct energy imbalances which may be causing or exacerbating your health problems.

Q. If I am sceptical about Kinesiology, will it still work?

Yes! Scepticism is natural, and when experiencing energy medicine for the first time, even as a practitioner, I am sceptical at times. However Kinesiology repeatedly proves its worth in helping clients to get better.
It is important to focus on the outcome, rather than the process.
